To find your ring size take a ring you own and measure the inside diameter in mm, then match above.
Another way is to take a string or thin piece of paper, wrap it around your finger making sure it's a snug fit. Mark where the paper/string meet and measure in mm. Match the measurement to the closest mm size above, Best to go down to the closet size.
